I think with within our team is, just going kind of on some of the results that are coming in from that poll. But, like, we the biggest problem we're trying to solve right now is getting everyone in the business to talk to each other. Because as a data team, we talk to different teams. Mhmm. And then you start to see, like, conflicting priorities from people, and they wanna, like, they wanna do this initiative. And this person's doing this initiative, and this is gonna drive this KPI, and this one's gonna do this KPI. And then they conflict, and you're like, you all need to talk to each other because you're working against each other unintentionally. But, like, you want me to measure this, and you want me to measure this. But you're gonna be disappointed in the results because you you're both working on different things. So data teams are because you have that overview of the entire organization, well, at least in a small company, I I think in bigger companies, it's obviously a bit different. You you're speaking to all the teams, so you have this, like you're starting to become that single source of truth, and how do you get everyone on the same page and working towards the same goal? Because if things aren't, like if nobody understands the the impact of the things that they're working on, or how it impacts somebody else's thing that they're working on, then everyone's gonna be disappointed at the end of the day. So, yeah, it's we're we're moving away from focusing on, let's get the data platform in a really good state to how do we help solve some of the business problems.
