Count was designed to facilitate collaboration across an organization. It allows multiple users to work together in real time or asynchronously. For data teams, using a shared workspace can mean brainstorming, debugging, and building analysis together in real time. Count removes silos by allowing non data users to provide context and contribute their knowledge to an analysis. They can see not just the final report, but also engage with the logic, assumptions, and steps taken, which adds trust in the data. As well as joining in the discussion, nontechnical users can even join in with low code analysis. Instead of relying on separate channels like email or chat, all project discussions happen directly on the canvas. This creates a single source of truth, allowing stakeholders to add comments and feedback right next to the relevant query or visualization. This speeds up the iteration process and ensures all parties are aligned. When the time comes to share your analysis, you can easily prepare a messy canvas for stakeholders. You can share it so that a user can view the journey of the whole analysis without being able to make any permanent changes. If you want to check how a user will see the canvas before you share it with them, if you have analyst permissions, you can preview how other roles will experience the canvas. Alternatively, you can give access to the canvas in report mode. This way, users focus their attention on the output of the analysis rather than the steps leading up to it. So as you can see, collaborating in count is easy and powerful.
