Rather than seeing delivery and culture change as two separate things, I think it's more help to think about delivery as the mechanism of cultural change. If you're working in the right way and on the right projects, showing that data is not just an opt in for the business, but a thing which is driving real value, then you're showing the business a different way of working. You're helping you understand the value the data can bring, and then you can follow-up with the capability building and training that could help you level up the whole organization afterwards.
