So, yeah, it's just, like, really helping people develop multiple skills, not just, like, now you need to be a a really good specialist. Yes. You can be a specialist, but you still have to have an understanding of what else happens or what else feeds into it. And then, like, I'm not even sure what data roles will exist in the future. I mean, we've had analytics engineers come in that wasn't a, like, term that was used. It's kind of a mixture of skill sets. And now what are we gonna have? Like, five years from now, is it just gonna be you're a data person or you're an AI specialist or you're just a problem solver, or are we all gonna be, like, product people in the future? Because product people know, like, how to get to the real root cause of a problem. They ask those, like, five whys and all those questions to really understand the problem and how we solve it, and then bringing a whole bunch of people together to now solve that problem. So no. No. It's interest.
