The changing roles of data teams

You mentioned also something which is really powerful there, which is that your the role of data team has now changed, and I think it's a really helpful country. So you've gone from being, as Matthew was describing, like, building, doing tasks, doing analysis, bug fixing, building dashboards, very transactional, unsure of the outcome. And now what you discover is actually you might even change the title because you're just you're now operating at a strategic problem solving level, and that has to be one of the most exciting things I've heard. It's such a great thing to see that shift that by by clarification and then leading them through the problem solving diagnosis stages, you're you're you're you're driving change, which is really cool.
