The question is, what would be the key priorities for a new data leader fresh in role? Well, from the very outset, I would encourage them to listen and to learn, to spend time with both their business stakeholders as well as their team to understand what are the challenges that they're experiencing, what has been tried in the past, and what is the strategic direction the organization is trying to take. As well in this phase, it's really key that you try and map the stakeholder landscape, spend your time meeting with as many people as you possibly can, understand what their challenges are, understand what keeps them awake at night, and understand the lay of the land. So how does the data team fit in currently with those stakeholders, and what does the relationship look like up until this point? As you get towards the business end of those first ninety days, it's gonna be important that you start to demonstrate demonstrate some, contribution and some value. You wanna get some quick wins on the board. Now these don't have to be massive, contributions, but they do need to be something that you can demonstrate and to some extent, big things that are tangible for others to see that you're making progress on. And the final thing I would say to focus on is to ensure that at this point in time towards the end of your first ninety days, that you're starting to get alignment and a shared vision for the data organization and how it's going to cooperate with the business going forward.
