Use Case - QBR Report

Let me show you how you can use Count AI to build a really fantastic quarterly business review, which you can use in any customer success efforts with clients. So here in the Canvas, I've added a few different datasets I think could be really helpful for the report. I've added in all our support tickets over the last eighteen months. I've added in, obviously, our our customer list and their current contract and size. I've added in a bit about their account, and I've added in all the product events we've got from every user in our platform, platform, which we can then filter down for just the clients we care about. So these different tables could come from our database, or I could have imported them as a CSV file from an external tool. It doesn't really matter. We're gonna let the AI work out how to use these things to tell a really good story. To help the AI, I've written up a bit of methodology. So I've I particularly said I want to focus on Plume Solutions as as the client I want to build a presentation for. I've then given it a goal, and I've given a bit of styling advice saying, please only consider using two charts or tables in any slides so we're not overwhelming the user. And then I've given a bit of an agenda. So make sure there's a title and agenda slide, an appendix of any other information. And then I also want to include a road map slide in here, which helps you understand what's coming up in the future. So now I've got the data and the methodology. I'm gonna add an agent into the canvas. And using the selection tool, I'm gonna give the agent access to the the data set datasets and the methodology. And now we're gonna ask you to build a presentation. Hey, CamAI. I'd love you to build a customer success presentation using these tables and the methodology, please. So here's the result. So you can see that the agent has laid out a presentation here. Lots of different slides. It's got as an agenda slide. It's got overview of the account, high level metrics, and a general very clean presentation with slides as we go through, and then a q and a at the back and that road map slide that I asked it to build for us, plus an appendix. So we can see this is all laid out for us. We obviously can come in here. We want to edit any of these titles to add any edits we wanna add to make the wording as we want it or make it more brand colors. But the core analysis is there. We can also see how it's being built. So when I'm ready, I can bring in my team, share it with them so they can come and edit with me and discuss the strategy for the meeting, or I can just turn this straight into a presentation deck that I can walk through with the client.
