As a data leader, we have a lot of debate, I think, more so than anyone else. It's I mean, maybe product management, but it's a different kind of debate there, you know, as to what data is. And as a data leader, what are you responsible for? And I basically took myself out of that mindset, and I thought, okay. Regardless of whether I'm a data leader or a ops leader or what have you, I am a leader. And it is not is on me. It is my responsibility rather to be able to have my own vision that's as clear as possible. And if that means prescribing what that vision should be for others on my level or up, then so be it. You know? I think that's another thing with scale ups and start ups. Things are moving so quickly all the time that if you're waiting for something, it's not gonna come. There's also a little secret where everyone's just trying to do their best. Out. Yeah. Exactly. And so, you know, we're trying to look for we're looking at that where I always refer to a Spider Man meme where you point it's pointing at he's pointing at himself, you know, himself in the multiverse. And it's one of those things where, basically, you know, everyone's just waiting for someone to say, oh, I volunteer as tribute to do those things. And the data team is actually in the best position to do so because we see the entire business. Everyone else is more or less siloed. Right? Everyone has has especially on a product led organization like MoonPay is, everyone has this idea of, like, I take care of this piece, and I take care of this piece. Data is the only one aside from, you know, maybe finance in some sense, but that's a whole other, this, like, perspective. They're not really looking at it from a point of optimization. They're pointing they're they're doing it from a point of, you know, what is the status quo? Let's make sure that's okay. And that's a very different, you know, kind of vision to say the least. So as a horizontal part of an organization, it is the data leader and my team's responsibility to tell everyone else, hey. This is what's going on, and here's what we recommend knowing what we know from all the parts of the business about what we should be doing from here on out.
