Do you offer on-going consulting rather than project based work?

Yes! If you are looking for more of a consultant to help you with ways of working, stakeholder communication, migrating onto Count, training your own teams (to name a few) - we offer consulting services which are charged at a day rate.

What is the difference between training we get from Customer Success and Services training packages?

Count's Customer Success teamwill train you on the fundamentals when you sign up to Count, they will also provide training on any new features so you are always up to date on the functionality of Count. Services training packages are much more hands on/workshop style, we will work through real canvas examples and apply learnings to your own work - this means the outcome of the package is tangible improvements in the way you work. They are also limited to small working groups of up to 7 users to maximise value and ensure everyone benefits.

How do I justify additional services to my boss?

Our services are designed specifically to accelerate the value you're getting out of your work; we want to empower you to work smarter, not harder. With our expertise we can help you get to the point of impact and ROI much quicker. We will build your Statement of Work around a tangible goal e.g. building and implementing the use of a metric tree to improve product conversion rates.
